The real reason we shoot weddings is because it’s great to be surrounded by people in love. To be involved in such a special, happy occasion makes us feel happy especially when life at times can be very dark.
I was unsure whether to share these images but this is one of our own happy days and like the weddings we shoot deserves to be shared, embraced and rejoiced.
7 weeks ago our beautiful girl entered the world. I have tried to think of a thousand things to say about this day but when I saw Hector’s photographs I realised they said everything.
Welcome to the world little Olive! We hope you get to experience as many happy, love filled days as we do.
At 7.05pm after 15 hours of labor our beautiful little girl arrived safely with the help of 3 wonderful midwifes from Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital. I’m so grateful for their help and total faith in me.

Roma - Wow!! Charlie this is amazing, the photographs so intense I feel as I look at them that I’m going through it with you!! How fabulous to have the opportunity to be at home to have a baby, so wish I’d have had that option. I’ve said it before I know, but you were evidently very strong and determined and did yourself proud. Olive is beautiful and such a lovely temperament and you are both proving yourselves to be lovely, adoring parents.
